Temasek Trust’s C3H leads first institutional funding round for Singapore AI healthtech injewelme to scale contactless technology for early detection of climate-related health risks

08 Apr 2026

  • Catalytic Capital for Climate and Health (C3H) and Richardson Family anchor injewelme’s US$1.2 million fundraising round to scale contactless health monitoring for climate-related health risks.
  • The funding will accelerate injewelme’s ongoing validation of its DeepHealthVision (DHV) technology with industry partners, alongside further product development, including heat stress detection capabilities.
  • The technology has been trialled in Singapore, with further deployment being considered across healthcare, eldercare, insurance and workplace safety.

Singapore,  8  April 2026 — Catalytic Capital for Climate and Health (C3H), a catalytic vehicle of Temasek Trust, has successfully led a US$1.2 million funding round for Singapore AI healthtech injewelme, with participation from Richardson Family (RF), a UK-based family office.

The funding will support further development of its DeepHealthVision (DHV) technology, with new capabilities to test more parameters - such as blood glucose, stress index, fatigue, and hydration monitoring - broadening applications across industries while strengthening its ability to detect climate-related stressors.

Injewelme’s proprietary DHV technology allows healthcare professionals to access a patient’s vital signs. It uses remote photoplethysmography (rPPG) to enable contactless health monitoring of more than 20 vital health parameters such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation in around 30 seconds with just a regular camera.

Powered by a combination of in-house software and predictive AI models, the technology has demonstrated an industry-leading 95% detection accuracy in real-world pilots, offering a scalable approach to support early health monitoring and intervention.

It has been involved in trials with SingHealth Polyclinics and in the private sector, and is currently being evaluated for further deployment across healthcare, eldercare, insurance and workforce safety. This will include monitoring physiological stress linked to rising climate-related heat exposure.

“Injewelme’s technology and approach exemplify a highly scalable and relevant solution at the intersection of climate and health. A rise in climate-related stressors will result in increased physiological strain on individuals and communities. We are pleased to support injewelme in the deployment and further development of their technology to anticipate and address the impact of heat-related stress,” said Ryan Tan, Head, C3H.

“The Richardson family are delighted to be supporting injewelme at this point of their development, in conjunction with C3H. The family has long-championed innovation and entrepreneurship in the markets in which they operate around the world, and injewelme embodies both of those traits,” said a Richardson family spokesperson.

The funds raised will also accelerate injewelme’s customer acquisition efforts in Singapore and support its expansion into new markets within Southeast Asia.

Co-Axis, a digital impact marketplace connecting funders with impact opportunities, helped connect injewelme with C3H and RF. RF’s participation forms part of its previously-announced commitment of S$250,000 over two years to co-fund impact opportunities curated through Co-Axis, with the support of C3H.

“Injewelme is an example of high-impact innovation that Co-Axis seeks to accelerate — connecting funders with solutions that align with their values. C3H and Richardson Family share a commitment to scaling innovative solutions at the intersection of climate and health, and we’re glad to have helped bring their capital together behind injewelme,” said Joycelyn Ong, Head, Co-Axis.

As a strategic partner, C3H will also support injewelme by facilitating access to partners across the Temasek Trust ecosystem and broader industry networks to help accelerate commercial deployment and inform product development.

Catalysing the shift from pilots to commercialisation

Unlike existing solutions that are primarily validated in controlled settings, injewelme’s DHV technology has been applied and tested in real-world conditions through live pilots in the public and private sectors. Several of these partners have shown interest in exploring broader deployment as injewelme expands its capabilities.

One example is SJ Integrated Solutions, a business line under SJ Group, which provides fitness and wellness programmes to seniors at active ageing centres. It has used the technology as a contactless pre-activity screening tool.

“By integrating injewelme’s DeepHealthVision technology into our operations, we have reduced pre-activity screening time by around 50 per cent compared to manual processes. Beyond efficiency, the technology enhances safety by identifying individuals who may not be physiologically ready for an activity, enabling screening at scale while allowing our teams to focus on delivering a safer, more inclusive and human-centric experience for our clients,” said Koh Yong Jin, Director, Fitness & Wellness, Integrated Solutions, SJ Group.

“We are deeply grateful to all our investors and partners for their support of injewelme. This financing catalyses injewelme’s mission to deliver cost-effective, proactive and data-driven health monitoring at scale. Beyond one-time health snapshots, we aim to enable anyone to easily and continuously track their health in everyday life, unlocking long-term health insights and advancing AI-driven predictive, preventive care,” said James Moon, Founder and CEO, injewelme.
